CONTI Rubinetterie manufacture a wide range of industrial valves for fluid regulation, mainly in bronze and brass alloys. Our production range can be devided into six major cathegories:

- Ball valves
- Gate valves
- Globe valves
- Check valves
- Safety valves
- "Special" production

All of the above valve types are manufactured both in their standard version and in special versions, on customer's request. The most frequent versions have stainless steel or monel discs and seats, DZR (CR) brass or aluminium bronze (ASTM B148) constructions, and plastic sealing materials like Teflon, Buna or Epdm.

The complete production range and the choice of materials are governed by the European regulations and by the most common rules in the sector, in order to guarantee the conformity of the valves and of the material used.


The production process is CONTI's strongest point: every production step is monitored from the initial phase to the packed up product:


Technical Department: This is the natural link between customer and production. Its task is well defined: supporting the customer on the basis of technical specifications, feasibility of special products, dealing with technical matters. Furthermore, our engineers give assistance and support to the various production departments in order to guarantee the development of the whole production process.


Quality/Goods Income Department: It guarantees the quality and conformity of the finished product, and an accurate check over the components used for the internal and external production.


Internal Foundry: This is CONTI's strong point for the ‘special' production, and a guarantee to satisfy the most urgent deliveries. With its own internal foundry, CONTI Rubinetterie can match with the most exacting requests of the market.


Machining Department: This is the most technologically advanced department, where modern transfer machineries, CNC lathes and a skilled staff are a guarantee for a top quality product and short production times.


Assembling/Testing/Stock Department: The very good organization of this department allows a quick and accurate assembling of the product, thanks to the use of authomatic machineries which remarkably reduce the standard timing.
